Registration Desk
The Symposium Registration Desk is located at Convention Foyer B of Raffles City Convention Centre, Level 4, and will be opened at the following hours: -

Upon registration, you will receive your Symposium materials and a name badge, which should be worn at ALL TIMES during the official Symposium functions. Entry may be denied for delegates not wearing the badges.
Language
The official language of the 7th Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implants and Related Sciences is English except for Mandarin session, which will be in Mandarin. No translation will be provided.
Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony is on 2 December 2009, Wednesday from 13:30 – 14:00 in the Padang Room at Raffles City Convention Centre, Level 4. The Guest-of-Honour, Mr. Hawazi Daipi, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Health, will grace this culturally-themed Opening Ceremony.
Speakers’ Preparation Room
All speakers and oral presenters are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the date, time and place of their session(s) and should be at the appropriate venue at least fifteen (15) minutes before the start of the session(s).
Speakers and oral presenters are responsible for arranging their own presentation materials at the Speakers’ Preparation Room located at Wilberforce Room (Level 4). All speakers and oral presenters are requested to submit your presentation materials at least ONE (01) day prior to your presentation to the Speakers’ Preparation Room. The Speakers’ Preparation Room will be opened at the following hours: -

Trade Exhibition
An exhibition of pharmaceutical products and medical equipments is held during the symposium at Collyer Room. Exhibition Opening Hours are as follows: -

Lunch and Coffee/Tea Breaks
Lunch and coffee/tea breaks will be served to all delegates in the Collyer Room where the trade exhibition is held.
CME Accreditation
The 7th Asia Pacific Symposium on Cochlear Implants and Related Sciences is accredited for CME points from Singapore Medical Council. Please check with the registration counter for the number of CME points.
A certificate of attendance is included in the registration packs received upon registration for all participating delegates.
Unattended Bags and Articles
No personal bags or articles should be left unattended in the Function Rooms or in the vicinity of the Raffles City Convention Centre.
Liability
The host is not liable for personal accidents or loss/damage of private properties of registered delegates during the Symposium. Registered delegates are encouraged to make their own arrangement for personal insurance.
